Big O s the best auto service. We only use our Big O and recommend it to others.

Dennis Purcell has always been very upfront and fair. I never have to worry if I'm going to get asked for things I don't need and I know my vehicle will be returned to me running great.

They helped us out and went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed for a price we could afford.

We went in shopping for tires and both Jared and Dennis were extremely friendly and helpful! We ended up buying 4 tires that day. They took excellent care of us!!!

Dennis and the crew did a very large project and things had been fine, I did develop a fuel leak a few weeks later from one of the injector o rings, ( I'm not sure it was related to the engine swap?) but Big O Evanston sent a mechanic to my shop and fixed it no cost; thanks guys, that was a big Deal for me! Blew my trailer tire on the freeway outside of evingston limped it to this big o's. Staff was great very nice and willing to help. They were quick and easy in and out in under 20 mins.

Big o of Evanston took on a big project for me, we replaced an engine, transmission, radiator, seals, shocks, major work, changed front bumper and tires! quite a project, they did a great job and stayed in budget! thanks Dennis!

I have been using Big O tired in Evanston for about a year and I have never had a bad experience! They are friendly and know their stuff.

The evening before we planned to make a trip to Salt Lake City, I went out to run a couple errands. To my chagrin the car gave me an error code and wouldn't start. I ran the errands in my truck and called my Big O store as soon as I got back and they had me jump-start the car and bring it right in. 45 minutes later I left with a new battery (the old one had chosen that particular time to drop two cells) and made a safe and uneventful trip to Salt Lake City. Dennis and Chris made sure everything was taken care of when I most needed their help. We'll continue to rely on them for our automotive maintenance needs.

I noticed a hop in my front end when trying to stop. I took my minivan to my local Big O Tires, and they informed me that my front struts required replacing. They were able to replace the struts and perform a front end alignment extremely quick. Not only did my problem go away, but now the ride is beyond amazing!! Thank you guys!!!

VIP Service, every time!: I switch our seasonal tires out every Snow season and check to see if I will need to buy new summer tires each year, Big O in Evanston Wy Has always been honest with me, saving me a lot of money, letting me know I didn't need, new Shocks right now, & The summer tires could go another year ect. when they could have maybe tried to sell me newer products early than needed. they always treat my company and private vehicles with priority and great respect. A couple of months ago went in to have my snow tires taken off and regular ones put on without an appointment and they did it.

I have been going to this store for years and have never been disappointed.

We were notified by E-Mail it was time to service 2 of our vehicles. I called Dennis he gave us time that was convenient for us. As always the Big-O crew did a fantastic job of servicing our cars.

Usual great service!: My brake light came on as I was starting a trip.I stopped at Big O Tires and the technician took a look and determined I might need brake fluid.That did the trick and I was on my way.I appreciated the quick service.
