My car battery died and I called them after I jumped my battery and was able to drive it right there. They got me in and out in an hour with a new battery!

Big O Evanston Wy has always treated me with the greatest respect! this last visit I came in with our seasons winter tire change out and it was at the end of the day, one major tire replacement was ahead of me and Dennis was warning they could only take on so much at the end of the day, I came back and it was close to closing and he gave me the option to get it done? after trying to make up my mind? I changed my original answer and asked if they could go a head and get it done, ( it was a Wheelchair Van and we really needed it Freed up) Dennis took the time to get it done! ( as it we over closing time and pushed thru with a couple workers to make it happen!) they go the extra mile all the time!

I was having re-occurring sputtering and they found a bad spark plug. Since it was one that was replaced by them in February of this year they put a new one in and did not charge me for anything.

Coolant flush and tire rotation are right up their alley

I have been going to this Big O for about 9 years. They have helped me out when I needed tire repairs or replacements. I take my car into them for all my service needs and find them prompt, efficient and courteous. They have done little things off the clock like help me fix a seat. I really like the friendly way they greet me and know me by name.

As always, I was treated wonderful. Dennis is great!! The mechanics are all great!!
