Big O Tires

The staff have always been helpful and they returned calls, I know I can couNt on them for good honest service at a fair price.

We lost a tire on our boat trailer on our way to go fishing. We were greeted in the parking lot by Jared who guided us into the store. While Jared was getting our information put into the computer our personal pit crew began working professionally and efficiently in an effort to get us back on the road quickly. Thank you Big O for getting us back on the road in no time "flat"�

The tech Jonathon that worked on my car felt comfortable enough to go through my console and take out the face of my stereo for his comfort. It was buried under other things and while I got good service from Dennis, I lost trust and will clean out my vehicles in the future before taking it to them. My console is like my purse and its personal. No one should feel comfortable fishing through it. When I got in my vehicle and saw the face of my radio put on I was outraged but left rather than make a scene. Trust is key when you take your vehicle to be worked on to anyone. The relationship is changed. Sad! We have two other vehicles that need tires and minor work and now we don't TRUST which is what big o tires says that they provide.

I dealt with a sexism issue at Big O and actually had the owner square up on me and raise his voice when he could not intimidate or manipulate me to his thinking. Also had the audacity to charge $112 for a diagnostic test! I was charged this ONLY becuz of the unprofessional situation I encountered. Upon leaving and going into another business in town, I THEN understood what went wrong at my visit to Big O. I felt sexism was an issue from the get go when I spoke to Kevin and Dennis, then upon being told that the owner was a registered sex offender and then reading his conviction, that simply confirmed what I knew was occuring, sexism. Of course a sex offender would feel a threat to his Ego when dealing with a strong, educated woman. smh

Dropped the car off for a oil change/tire rotation, did not even have an appointment. They had it done, in and out, in less then an hour. Fast, friendly service, just like always.

Checked on tire availability. Set appointment. When I arrived, tires were not what I had or wanted. Necessary for me to come back.

Consistently fast and thorough. Trustworthy - they don't try to sell you stuff you don't need.

I visited the Evanston Wyoming store and they provided me excellent service as always.Dennis and his crew are the best yet.

I called to get an appointment for an oil change and coolant flush for two vehicles and ended up wasting over an hour for both people. I was assured everything would be ready, instead was told 45 minutes into the appointment that the coolant machine was not in service. I have had good service from this shop for several years but have not been happy with the new service writer who doesn't seem to appreciate that the customer may actually expect the service requested more than excuses for why it won'tbe given.

We always call Dennis at Big O when we need fast and knowledgeable service.

Did not go to store , For the over inflated cost the quality of repair better be excellent! At present the feeling is that I got bent over because I was not there to inspect damage . After receiving other bid from ford dealer, big o was 20% higher ?? Their (ford) parts and work is warrantied, got no indication that you would do the same. Although my employee said that the mechanic was good. I just talked to a lady that had damage to her car to see if she would get a estimate from big o, she said she would, but would not have big o work on it. :('

Dennis and his crew are always so helpful and treat me with respect. They are always willing to go out of their way to make sure I get product information and helpful to take care of any problems I have. Thanks!

Always great customer service at Big o in Evanston

My Brother-in-law come up for a visit and mentioned his engine light was on (for a while) so I took it to Big O and they was able to give us a understanding of what the light was signaling, but a dealer would have to do a smoke test to find the exact leak in the emission system, which gave me a little comfort he wasn't going to break down on the way home (a 4 hour drive) Thanks again Big O for helping in a tight spot!
