I had an excellent customer service experience as always with the manager and staff. The work was done on time as communicated and I'm happy with my car's performance afterwards.

They are very good about showing you the part that needs to be replaced. They are also very courteous.

Lance and the crew went out of there way to help my jeep commander get back on his feet. Lance made me very comfortable since I didn't have a ride home so he talked with me played movies for me made my stay wonderful. My Jeep had to stay overnight until the next day, so he took me home after they were closed and said he'd call when jeep was ready. I get a call that next afternoon letting me know he will pick me up, jeep was ready, then I go outside to see that him and a coworker drove the jeep straight to my house. They wanted to make up for the long time the jeep took. Midas is my jeeps home now.

I have an old truck and the expected performance time was 3 hours to change four shocks. The technician ran into trouble with a "frozen" fastener and a broken very old bolt. He, with the help of the master mechanic resolved both and I was eventually on my way. Took longer but was done right.
