Jerome was really nice and took the time to explain everything to me about my car. He also went out of hit way to tuck some headlight cords that I had sticking out and I really appreciated that. I will recommend Jerome and the Midas on Juan Tabo to everyone just because my experience was so pleasant!

Jerome the manager is an amazing manager. I was pleased that he was able to squeeze me in at the last minute and had my vehicle finished earlier than expected. I highly recommend this location. From the manager to the associates they are all friendly and amazing.

They showed me other things my car needed to have fixed but did not pressure me to let them do it. I was given a print out of some of the things.

Jerome and juan Went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. They both reassured us and found what the issues really were on the vehicle! And they had the vehicle on the road the following day!

The crew at Midas are hardworking and honest.Customer care is just as important as your vehicle.I was even offered pizza when my wait time was extended. I left happy and safely on my new tires.You are good hands at Midas.Ask for Derek..!

I went to a different Midas on San Mateo once and they were so rude, bad mouthed me as a passing customer and ripped me off for an expensive part( $1500) I never needed. Ever since, I have returned to this Midas on Juan Tabo and will not go anywhere else. This place is so great. The staff are SUPER nice and explain everything to you.
