Jerome was very efficient in getting my car into the shop. He communicated with me several times throughout the day on the car's situation. He was honest and didn't try to sell me things that the car didn't need.

I went to a different Midas a couple months prior and they treated me as if I was dumb by talking rudely about me in the garage and then told me I needed a part that was never needed. I was ripped off for $1400. I went to this Midas on Juan Tabo and not only did they explain everything, they also gave me the best pricing and they were all so helpful and nice. They were able to fix the problem with my AC for way less. Lesson learned, I should've never went to a different Midas. This o e will always be my car go to.

The workers were friendly and polite, I actually saw them do the vehicle inspection, and the time it took was very reasonable.
