"This would be a ZERO star review if it wasn't for Mike! He happened to be filling in for Louis when I called (for the fifth or sixth time) trying to get an answer about Midas paying for repairs for some damage one of the mechanics at this shop did to my car. Someone there put two deep punctures in my leather seat, which was just one of the many issues I had with this location. Louis started off nice enough, but when there were issues with the work they did, all that changed. I had an appointment to get one of the issues from the original work looked at, left work early to make the appointment, and when I walked in the door, Louis told me I might as well leave because 'we don't have time for you today'. If he had called me when he first realized that, I would've been okay with that. Instead, he let me leave work early and drive the 20 miles just to tell me to go away. It took four additional visits and several more hours of time to correct that main issue, which he said was a bad

Louis specifically was very helpful and kind. He explained everything clearly and gave me several options for how to proceed. Everything was done in a timely manner at a reasonable price.

The service was efficient and positive. They called to let me know some additional services were needed but were understanding and not pushy when I advised that we would wait to complete the additional items.

I greatly appreciated that the staff were friendly and kept consistent communication throughout the process. I also appreciated that I was sent text updates on the status of the work being done as well as the inspection. I was additionally given a detailed explanation of how to navigate the inspection results. Overall the process was a great experience and definitely has me wanting to come back in the future!

All I really needed was the installation of a previously purchased exhaust pipe. The associates understood and didn’t try to hard sell me on additional work. That alone will positively influence my desire to return if I need additional work on my 1997 Jeep Wrangler.
