Dwayne's knowledge and guidance assisted me in understanding the problem with my F-150. He assisted me in obtaining approval from my Extended Warranty to help pay for the repairs. The auto technician "mechanic supreme" did excellent work. This is my return visit for other work done previously. Can't thank Dwayne enough for his patience with this old man.

My truck was looked at with a battery problem and a check engine light. D'Wayne was instrumental in figuring out the problem. Within 30 minutes I had a New Battery installed and No more check engine light. The price was slightly less than expected and I was on my way. After being told by the new mgr on Juan Tabo, that I must pay for tire rotation on tires purchased this year at the Menaul Midas, I went to the Menaul biz. Dwayne told me if I had the receipt of my new tires, ANY Midas must rotate them free of charge. Misinformed or liars? This is a chain and should all have the same information, right? I will return and have the tires rotated and service done on Menaul (which is out of my way). The people at the Menaul Midas are friendlier anyway.

I called the day before and scheduled a 1030 spot for an oil chamge. Due to a hospital visit until about 4am I missed my 1030 appointment. When I woke up I called and spoke with Lucas. I felt bad because I waisted a time slot of his that could have made the shop some money. He said don't worry about things happen and asked when can u make it out here. I told him I could leave now, it would be qn hour drive coming from Santa Fe. He said if u can make it I can fit u in. And he did just that. He could've easily told me that it couldn't happen and would have to come out another day. By not doing that is what impressed me. Lucas cares about the reputation of his shop. I could tell by talking to him. Keep up the good work bud!

The service was great. The clerk was able to fit me in a spot to get my oil change. To my knowledge I had to schedule an appointment in order to get an oil change do to a full schedule. I rate customer service as excellent.
