I admire their honesty and pro-customer service mindset. I went to Walmart Automotive the week prior and was advised by their Automotive Manager that they will no longer provide any service to my vehicles tire since it has an alignment issue.I therefore went to MIDAS, with the objective of getting it fixed.But everything was NORMAL, i was not even charged by the MIDAS Shop Manager considering the time i wasted. I'm very happy with MIDAS, but very DISAPPOINTED with WALMART Automotive (Carlisle)

Larry H Miller Chevrolet was unable to fix my muffler problem due to it being a aftermarket exhaust system, even thou it came with vehicle they sold me. Took it to midas the were able to help quickly and at a reasonable price. Be careful the main guy could sell you ocean front property in NM, but knew his business. Enjoyed my experience.

This is the second time I have taken my work vehicle to Midas, the Menaul Location. This second time I had to have the vehicle towed to Midas. Dwayne at Midas, let me know that the vehicle had been towed to Midas, and he kept me updated as to the parts availability, also that Lease Plan had not approved the work. I appreciate Midas contacting me and keeping me informed me of the status regarding the vehicle, and great follow up. I let my manager know that this Midas has a great turnaround time, and the service personnel are highly professional, and the prices are fair, and I trust them. We are considering bringing all of our fleet vehicles for servicing at the Menual Midas in ALbquerque New Mexico.

Michael and Dwayne were EXCELLENT! My daughter and I were traveling cross country-from California to North Carolina. In Albuquerque we began hearing a "whooshing" sound in the tires. Knew that it was brake related. Went to dinner and there was a Midas next door so I went in to ask if they could look at our car. It was close to closing. Michael told us to come back first thing the next morning, so we did. Dwayne was there and they took our car right away. In a few hours we had a complete brake job. Dwayne kept us updated the entire morning-so, so PLEASED with the service here. We could have been taken advantage of-given our situation. But we traveled the rest of the way to North Carolina in confidence with Midas' warranty and the opportunity to use any Midas along the trip. Can not recommend this Midas location enough! Thank you!!!!!
