Though I asked for a wheel alignment, Will asked what was going on to confirm the solution. It turns out it was something else (tire rotation). They correctly diagnosed the problem and resolved another minor issue while they found it. For the other minor issue, they called to verify it was ok to proceed with that repair as well, also giving me the cost. When I came for pickup, they showed me the broken part they replaced. Very thorough!

A very comprehensive inspection.

I've had a recurring sound problem with my Jeep around the front wheels, and Midas was able to look into it. The Midas technicians found some old rusted parts and within the same day the staff was able to order and install the new parts. After driving the Jeep around for a couple of weeks, I can say the problem is fixed and the Jeep drives a lot smoother with no chirping sound.

I was disappointed with the service of installing new TPMS sensor in all four of my wheels. When I received the car back. I noticed they put the dirty old uncovered sensor in my passenger seat and it wasn?t even all the sensors. They were also broken so
