I called for an oil change as I was pretty sure Valvoline was overcharging me. Mike Smith, was so VERY knowledgeable and took his time explaining why the full synthetic blend was pricy, but also clarifying the time between oil changes (Valvoline defaulted to 3K miles regardless of oil type). It was nice discussing details with someone who wasn't working at McDonalds last week and changing oil this week. We are about an hour drive from this Midas shop, but we will be using them for all of our service requirements int he future

Good value and technicians/service people were friendly and got the job done in a timely manner. I?ll be going back when my truck needs more maintenance.

Easy process.

I was disappointed with the service of installing new TPMS sensor in all four of my wheels. When I received the car back. I noticed they put the dirty old uncovered sensor in my passenger seat and it wasn?t even all the sensors. They were also broken so

Manager was very helpful and provided informative explanations about services performed.

"Had my alignment done at Midas on my 18 Silverado 1500, let?s just say the steering wheel is crooked ASF.Also took them over 4 hours to finish an hour and a half job. Would not recommend this shop to anyone."
