This location was fair and did their best to lower the cost of my BMW maintenance. I appreciate the honesty & hard work on their part to complete quickly and keep me updated during the process.

The entire staff was friendly and helpful from check in to check out. They didn’t try and use annoying heavy sales tactics for additional work, they completed the work in a timely manner and my car was as clean as it was when I gave it to them. I talked to multiple, at least 4 different associates who all easily conversed with me when passing by, offered something to drink or a snack while i waited and made sure that i had been helped and my concern addressed. I will definitely return as long as that staff is there, and I would not hesitate to recommend.
