Midas

I had my car towed to Midas because CarShield only covers charges with certain garages. Thank goodness Midas was among them. Dennis was wonderful. He called a few times during the day to keep me updated on the progress. He was very thorough. And my car now drives better than it did when l bought it (only 3 months ago.)

I am sad that Dennis has retired. I am, however, extremely happy to see that Fairmount Midas still has an absolutely excellent crew, extremely knowledgeable technicians, and great to deal with. Dustin and the rest of the crew are wonderful. John, the new manager, was not there on this occasion but I have met him before and he is really professional, knowledgeable, and also great to deal with.

John provides the highest customer service with last minute scheduling/accommodations and clear updates and feedback. Dustin is extremely knowledgable and is a pleasure to work with since I felt free to ask questions. Terrific shop!

I had a flat tire with something lodged in it. While it wasn't repairable, I wasn't charged and John was very helpful as I determined the best course of action.

Service took place as scheduled. Repair made and out the door with no unknown delays or up sells.

I made an appointment for a Wednesday. The manager called on that day to inform me that thing were running behind and asked if it would be alright to reschedule me for Friday. He said if this doesn't work he would get me in at my scheduled time anyways. I opted for switching to Friday. My vehicle was brought in and done exactly when they said it would be.
