My car broke down and had to be towed. l have CarShield, so l needed an ASE certified mechanic, which Midas had. My representative, Dennis, kept me apprised at each stage of his diagnostic/fixing stage. At 11am he quoted me a price, and told me that once he finished fixing those issues, he would have to take it on the road and see if anything else was wrong with the car. Nope! The price he quoted me at 11am is the price l paid at 4pm when l picked the car up.

My car needed extensive work done. I brought the car in and work was completed the same day. The price was extremely high but overall experience was positive.

I've been taking my vehicles to this shop for over 10 years - I've gotten exceptional service from Dennis and Josh every time!
