Got me right in. Took care of my problem and I was back on the road in less than a hour. Very professional.

There were no "hidden costs" that were found at the check out as I have experienced at other places. I made my appointment on line which was easy to do. I dropped off the car, got a text with the details of the inspection. I received a call to go over the items. I agreed on what was to be completed and when I showed up, it was the same cost as I was advised on the phone. Overall great experience. Friendly manager at the desk!

This was the second visit to Midas...a few months ago I had an Enterprise car rental with a flat tire. I first went to Belle tire and had a very poor experience ...Enterprise advised Midas ...t.he experience was exceptional and thus I decided Midas on Holland Sylvania in Toledo Oh would be my future oil change store. The manager is extremely professional and friendly and that attitude is reflected in his staff...5 star service !!! I have recommended this Midas store to family and friends and will continue to do so!

They did a good job of completing the task and doing it in a timely manner. I still wonder about the rotors though. I will go back and have them look at those again.

They were quick and the price was great for an oil change.
