"I had an appointment for an inspection, but I had a leak in my apartment that made it so I had to schedule for an hour later. When I got there they were extremely busy. They were very nice about it, but they got me in sooner than they thought. Quick and easy- and all the customers that were there were treated well, given courteous service and the whole shop was very focused on customer service. Very impressive. Everyone was personable and helpful."

Derek was extremely polite and accommodating. He had an extremely rude customer before me and not once did Derek act unprofessional.
