First time using online appointment and it's probably been a long time since I've gone here. They were decent from beginning to the end. If I could get my oil changed at this price all the time you'd have a customer for life.

My main reason for satisfaction is for the communication/customer service that Joey provided to me during the entire process. I dropped my car off on a Monday - hoped to get it back that Wednesday, but didn't end up getting it until the NEXT Friday. There was a lot more work that needed than expected. The amount of time didn't bother me, it was just the amount of work that was needed. Initially I was a little appalled by the up-charge of some of the parts, but Joey was willing to discount where he could and allow me to bring in some of my own parts so that I could afford to make all necessary repairs, which I so greatly appreciated. It's because of this that I am likely to continue to use Midas for my mechanical needs! --Thanks Joey!

The manager Joey was the friendliest, most professional associate to work with. He made everything clear upon purchase, followed up with care and resolved a broken sensor issue without any extra charge to me. Joey truly goes above and beyond for every customer that walks in the door( I noticed while waiting for my vehicle. I will refer and continue to use this location because of his professionalism, friendliness and detail to service.
