After getting some work on my car, I was instructed to get it aligned. I brought it to this location, and after waiting 2 hours found out that the machine broke. They were a little busy and didn't call, but that's okay I was in the middle of lunch. They were able to accommodate me the next day, and took great care of my car, even providing higher standard than the previous mechanic. I would like to highlight one of your employees Sean. He didn't stop moving the whole time I waited, he was checking in on cars, answering questions from his coworkers, problem solving, answering phones, being courteous to new customers. He certainly does the work of at least two people, if not more. At one point, someone called because they had lost keys and I saw him thoroughly search before reassuring the client that he couldn't find them. Even as busy as it was, he still had time to do a thorough job for a client on the phone.

This is my 3rd time at this location and it?s the best customer service I?ve ever received from a repair shop.I cannot forget the name Sean as this gentleman has an excellent customer service skills and communication skills.I highly recommend this place.
