Cheryl was just so very friendly. I always feel they provide honest service and although in business to make a profit, I feel their 'upselling' seems to be kept to a reasonable minimum on service which is required. I have never left feeling like I've received unnecessary work or recommendations.

My car was evaluated by very professional staff and they effectively communicated to me the problem and how they proposed to fix my car. I was given a cost for this as well the timeline they would need to have everything done. They offered me a courtesy car which was excellent and allowed me to attend a meeting at my Bank that was of upmost importance to me. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service I received which reaffirmed my decision to continue with future servicing of my car at Midas. .

Wasn't expecting it to be done that day but it was so that was a bonus especially because it snowed the next day so it was a good test to the new tires.

Tina was at the front desk that took care of the service that I needed to have done to my car . She was very clear when explaining the service to me and very friendly , knowledgable and professional.

It was a week until the part could come but now the beeping and error message on my screen are gone. The brake sensor was the issue!

They fully explain everything, for a women who doesn’t know much about cars it’s nice to have. They are realistic about what needs to be done if anything on your car and what route they advise.
