I have always trusted Midas to deal honestly and fairly with me. My daughter was once quoted by another auto repairman to replace her muffler it was making a terrible rattle. I sent her to Midas for another quote. The Midas mechanic found a screw that fell out and was rattling. He put it back in and refused to charge us for his time!! I have been a loyal Midas customer ever since.

Rahul was extremely helpful. I needed a vehicle safety done and had time pressure. He and the Midas team got it done quickly and properly.

First question they asked was the reason for the service in order to make sure it was appropriate. After recommending a different service they took the time to make sense of the tests they were performing and proposed a reasonable plan of action which resulted in finding with complete certainty the issue that I was dealing with and were able to fix the problem in its entirety.
