Sales associate provided clear instructions and expectations for my oil change service. Price was accurate and matched what was listed both online and on the display board. Sales associate assisted with adding coupon code to my service without me needing to show it. Service was completed very quickly (about 15-20 minutes). No upselling, no hidden fees. I appreciate Midas Markham's staff honesty towards their customers.

The Midas team was great! I went in for a oil & air filter change with a 1hr timeline and all was completed in 35mins! They also corrected my tires which were all inaccurately filled. Thank you & I will be back in the future!

Bobby was professional and took the time to research the tires i was looking for. Prior to ordering the tires the technician checked to see if the existing tire could be repaired. Work was completed in a efficient manner with a call and a text to let me know when the vehicle was ready.
