I had an issue that was unresolved by another mechanic, and the Midas mechanics were able to solve it.

Alan the manager runs an excellent shop and his technicians are top notch. I wish I would have found this location years ago instead of being forced to have work done at the Chrysler dealership. Keep up the great work guys.

I had thought of Midas as mufflers and had that fixed. While waiting I saw the deals on tires which I was in the market for, the friendliness of the office staff dealing with many other customers and myself convinced me. These guys are great and I consider this my go to mechanic now. I do occasionally go to dealer but anything not brand specific I will be giving this location first shot.

Alan and his staff are excellent. They recommend what needs to be addressed. They suggest what should get attention and lets the customer make choices. There is no pressure. Always friendly.
