There was an accidental error made when I paid for the service. I was charged an amount from the incorrect invoice which was cheaper than I should have paid. The owner acknowledged the error and said the amount I paid was good. I received a great deal and extraordinary customer service. Thank you.

I made an appointment at the height of the cold snap on Monday for Friday not bad, when it is bitter cold every service station is insanely busy. I didn't think the block heater was working in my old truck 97 ford back from the last century. The counter person phoned me I went for coffee and she says yup the block heater is done it will be quite expensive to fix, we'll install a flexible pad heater instead, she said it is what I have in my car and it works at -40 ok let's do it. when I made the appt I also wanted to change battery cables and install a battery I purchased elsewhere (was going to do it myself but the clamps were wrecked). So they changed the clamps and installed the battery. The job was done in a reasonable amount of time. I paid my bill which was for a very reasonable sum. I left that Midas franchise an extremely satisfied customer. Old saying. you might forget what a person said but you will never forget how they made you fee. We had a tire blow on the highway on our way to Saskatoon at night. Our tow truck dropped the car off at Midas as it was closest to our hotel. Midas opened at 8 am and had our two new tires mounted and installed within two hours at a great price.
