My car is purring like she did when I first bought her in 2008. She hasn't driven this smooth and quietly in years and this is after having her sit outside without moving for over a year. I appreciated the customer rep allowing me to have her towed their shop without my presence until the work was complete. Communication was done over the phone, email, and text.
