Contacted the store before closing and they offered to take a look at the issue the following morning at opening. They were able to inform me of the problem and were able to fix it in a timely manner. I was contacted when completed. Location is conveniently located. As a young woman who does not have much knowledge about cars, I trusted the services of this Midas location and did not feel as though I was blindsided or gouged by the employees. It is important to find a shop you can trust with a potentially costly service. This is my second experience here and I will be back for any future issues that may arise. Because they are honest, accountable, professional, trustworthy (which says ALOT as not all mechanics are), they actually care, know you by name/vehicle, and take their job seriously.
