I called as my Corolla was making an unusual noise, possibly exhaust I thought. I called on Monday, brought my car in on Wednesday morning. Within 2 hours they called to let me know it was a failing water pump. I asked if they could price the repair estimate using the Toyota part. Tristan was excellent, gave me the quote , and I okayed it to be repaired that same day! Unfortunately, the part they got was damaged and they had to bring another one out from Victoria which took a couple hours extra that was unplanned. Still, the repair was finished the next morning early and i was on my way. Super happy as if you have tried to book a repair anywhere in the last couple of years, you'd know the weights are generally from weeks to months at most of the dealerships. Awesome experience. They were obviously very busy, but still brought me in and did a fine job on the repair.

The service staff were exceptional and knowledgeable. They reviewed their recommendations and estimates with me, helping me understand the why's. Paul revised their estimate to better take in the age of the car and what was needed to keeping it running well and safely, while not spending too much, as you would with a newer car. I am very thankful and impressed.

Courteous, efficient staff. Knowledgable and no b.s. Work was done on time, and a thorough inspection was made as part of he service which was great. I scheduled an additional service for the next day, I was so impressed with the work. That work was done ahead of time and I am 100% satisfied.

I needed some new tires and called around. Price was competitive and they could install within 5 days. The other two shops I called were booking 2* weeks out. Thanks.
