My home big o is in cottonwood while I was out on vacation the big o in Kingman was very helpful and clear in all the situations pricing and scheduling of the fix I appreciate the wonderful customer service big o has given me and taking care of my warranty as well

Every time I go into this location the employees are very nice very professional they take care of me in a timely manner and always explain everything to me

This is my second time using Big O for tires. Very professional, fast service, very courteous employees. I made my appointment, it was confirmed, I honestly was in and out so quickly! Very impressed again! I recommend Big O to anyone that I know.

I showed up at 8 AM to miss the crowd. I got right in. I did the healthy car special, oil change with the tire rotation. Everything went great, and I was highly satisfied. The only thing I would recommend is that when I asked if they were going to balance my tires, the guy said no. He had to go check with his manager first I think balancing tires should be mandatory when you do a rotation, and they don’t tell you that upfront.

The customer services is always great, the time that the services is done in and the honesty of all.
