I'm new to the area and was hesitant to find a new auto service center, but the folks at the Kingman location were very friendly, polite, and helpful. Shortly after taking my car in for service the mechanic came to tell me that a packrat had built a large nest under the hood! The nest was cleaned out thoroughly (no extra charge) and I was given tips on how to prevent packrats from making nests in my car again. Thanks, guys!
