Big O Tires

I was amazed to be able to get my car in for snow tires on the day I called! Brendon was super to work with - friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable.

Driving from Denver to Grand Junction, my front wheel was making a grinding/knocking sound, so we brought it to Big O who was luckily still open Friday afternoon after 5! Over the last several months I have had a significant amount of car concerns and honestly very tired of working with mechanics. Julian and Brendan were very helpful and reinstilled hope in high quality, attentive, caring and efficient mechanics. They were able to listen to the concerns, recent history on my car and lift it to diagnose the issue, even staying a little after shop closing to be able to make sure I could get where I needed to be safely! Brendan talked through and shwed ne what was wrong- not every mechanism does that extra step and I have always found the mechanics that do that to be a higher caliber. Thank you to these guys for getting me back on the road!

I was traveling to Denver from spending time with family in Grand Junction and my rental car got a flat. I was in a hurry to catch a flight and the team did an outstanding job taking care of me and getting me back on the road quickly. I cannot thank them enough for saving the day.
