Big O Tires

I was able to get new tires in one day. Called this morning for recommendations on tires and was scheduled for the work immediately. Picked up the car at 3 pm!

Everyone always takes care of my car and quickly.

Everyone was great especially Cameron who took the lead on my service. From ordering snow tires to getting them on the cars, everyone knew what they were doing and id it in an effective ad efficient manner.

Everyone there is extremely kind, knowledgeable and trustworthy.

Ease of scheduling and quickness of performing the work.

Oil change was done within an hour. Easy peasy lemon squeezy

Waldo, the sales associate, took time to understand what tire best suits my driving needs as well as expectations for performance. He then confirmed the recommendation with another associate. A manager who was walking by and heard tour discussion said “ I absolutely agree”.
