The staff is exceptional. I have been using this Big O since I purchased my car in 2017. The staff has always been wonderful. The techs are always looking at future maintenance that I should be aware of. I feel safer driving my car after a visit to the Basalt Big O.

I spoke with someone over the phone and they told me to bring the car in and they would look at it. When I arrived, I was helped immediately at the desk. They looked at the tire and told me the puncture could not be fixed and needed to buy a new tire. They ordered. In the meantime I realized I had a warranty with the company in Glenwood who installed my winter tires. I called the office and explained. The gentleman was very polite and said he would just return the tire he had ordered when it arrived. He could not have been more helpful and gracious when I ended up going somewhere else.
