First time customer! The staff was extremely nice, helpful and open about their unexpected wait times as they were short staffed and a random afternoon rush hit, all at once. I had no appointment, I needed to purchase tires and have them mounted same day. They found me a good deal on a good tire, explained the wait time and communicated to me during the weight as well. They finished ahead of schedule and thanked me for my patience. Overall, it was a great experience and I will continue to do business here.

Even though I couldn't do what I originally wanted (have my new tires studded because they were a brand that couldn't be studded here), I was still able to purchase new studded tires and have them put on today. The staff was friendly and the facility is nice for doing work on the computer.

Friendly and helpful staff. Relatively quick service, well explained services provided. Explained further information about the vehicle that may need to be addressed in the future.

They get so busy in the spring and fall doing seasonal tire changes. It is amazing how many people they can take care of in a respectful, timely manner. Thank you!
