Big O Tires

I spoke with someone over the phone and they told me to bring the car in and they would look at it. When I arrived, I was helped immediately at the desk. They looked at the tire and told me the puncture could not be fixed and needed to buy a new tire. They ordered. In the meantime I realized I had a warranty with the company in Glenwood who installed my winter tires. I called the office and explained. The gentleman was very polite and said he would just return the tire he had ordered when it arrived. He could not have been more helpful and gracious when I ended up going somewhere else. First time customer! The staff was extremely nice, helpful and open about their unexpected wait times as they were short staffed and a random afternoon rush hit, all at once. I had no appointment, I needed to purchase tires and have them mounted same day. They found me a good deal on a good tire, explained the wait time and communicated to me during the weight as well. They finished ahead of schedule and thanked me for my patience. Overall, it was a great experience and I will continue to do business here.

Even though I couldn't do what I originally wanted (have my new tires studded because they were a brand that couldn't be studded here), I was still able to purchase new studded tires and have them put on today. The staff was friendly and the facility is nice for doing work on the computer.
