Big O Tires

They brought my truck right in, swapped tires, maybe 30 min.

Like the ease of dropping off & communication to return, services are a plus. The only mishap was I had asked for report of how my brakes were on my 2 vehicles. I forgot to ask and they had not reported it as asked…my fault as well..

I was attended to immediately and was out the door in 10 minutes. The desk person estimated when my car would be ready and he was quite accurate. The cost was reasonable.

I work in the commercial transportation business and our success is based on being EZTDBW...easy to do business with. This Big O Tire store may not have this as a stated objective/value but it really is the way they behave. Thanks.

Easy to check in. All services were performed: oil change, tire rotation, tire pressure check. I was given a call when the work was complete.
