Big O Tires

The staff was extremely friendly and welcomed me into the store. They immediately took care of my service order so that I could leave for a business appointment. The service representative called to let me know that my car was ready well in advance of my expectations. The check out was just as pleasant and easy as the arrival. I am in the customer service business (commercial transportation) and this is about as good as customer service gets. Am very happy with this Big O store!!!

I had a leak in my right rear tire (big O Bigfoot purchased at this Big O). The tire was repaired quickly and at no cost. This Big O has really improved over the last few years. Great group of people to deal with.

I was pulling onto the highway and heard a clunk from under my car then I noticed my power steering was out and the battery light was on. I made a quick u turn and pulled in to big o basalt. The guys met me outside with my car, popped the hood, and diagnosed the problem in two minutes. I needed a new serpentine belt. They told me it would take a half hour to procure the part then an hour of labor plus parts would get me out the door for less than $200. I waited in the lobby. The guys were polite despite some rude customers, then my car was pulled around, I paid my $190 or so and rode out. Super easy. I thought it would ruin my weekend, but actually I was able to get some work done while waiting and was back moving in no time. Awesome work, guys.

The staff were so friendly, and very helpful. Really appreciated how positive and friendly they were.

I requested a wheeel alignment at the last minute and Waldo was very accommodating. Also, as soon as I got in the van i noticed my tire pressure light was on. I drove back and the guys put there "reset device" to work and "retaught" the computers on the tires right away. Great staff.
