The employees and supervisor were very knowledgeable, they made me feel comfortable and confident with the services, products and pricing.

The old crew was replaced! I had been given 2 free tire mountings due to the previous crew losing my tires which should have been put in the back of my car and were not! A note was supposed to be at the end of my history but the new crew could not find it. I have a copy at my house I was going to go get the copy of the signed receipt to show them but he said “it wasn’t worth the hassle”! He didn’t make me pay and I left.

Good customer service for ordering tires and at check out

despite the fact that they were very busy - we dropped the car off the night before and they changed the tires by noon the next day!

It would be helpful to be able to schedule appointments for service.

Everything - service and product - was as expected.
