Big O Tires

Dave and the staff, at Big O, have always been polite, experienced and fast service, when they can. I have purchased over 4 sets of tires and will continue to purchase tires and other services.

My attending customer servicer tech was excellent - gave me a solid wait time possibility, with no ifs and or buts, and then had the job done at least 30 minutes before scheduled.

Opened exactly on time, warm greeting, quick paperwork, vehicle in shop quickly, job well done, quick and easy, the way it should be for a professional operation.

When you 1st walk in the greeting was top not the employee state pocus I contact and was willing to help no matter what. Service was really pass I didn't finish my hamburger before they told me was ready.
