Big O Tires

I was told over the phone that the tires I wanted were in stock and would be there when I arrived at 7:00 the next morning, they were not. Had to wait for delivery truck for the tires. Also the tire pressures were not accurate, varied from 27 to 40 psi when I picked up my truck.

Was my first visit to this location with my vehicle. Have heard some bad things about this location. But so far, based on my experience willing to try again.

I paid $240 for 2 tires on an old car. I waited to talk to staff. But that’s just how it is in the Roaring Fork Valley.

The length of time I had to wait to be help was long.

The service I received was excellent, however when we were going over pricing, I wasn’t informed that the prices we were looking at online were the Cost price that the store gets them for. I thought we were looking at the customer price. And therefore when we ordered them and I went to pay after having them put on, it was a substantially more expensive than I was expecting. Had I not received excellent customer service and if I had not been happy with the product, I would have been very upset. I would only say that when looking at products online, try and make it clear the price the customer is actually paying.

I expected that removal of a nail from the tires i purchased from big O would be free of charge.

I would have liked an alignment check but couldn’t wait.

The tire pressure is not right when I pick up the truck.

It took a bit longer than I would have liked. There’s no appointments to schedule.
