Big O Tires

Nothing wrong except they didn't have the tires I wanted but said I had to have new tires due to a nail. I wanted same Big Foot Tires as before. Had to buy tires I didn't want.

It's primarily about my dissatisfaction with the tires I purchased. I saw on line studded Sumitomo winter tires. I wanted those because I already had a set on my vehicle and was very satisfied with them. However the agent told me they didn't have those tires & switched me to the Artic Claws at the same price. These tires are very loud to a point of annoying at higher speeds.

Long wait was never explained to me.

I had appointment scheduled for 1pm. I indicated I would have to wait for my car since it is our only vehicle.I showed up a few minutes before my appointment time. I am just not happy that I had an appointment and still had to wait so long to have my truck work even begin. I heard the workers commenting on how it was a slow day.

Spare tire not secured fully. Main issue is critical. Tire pressure. I was not asked about this, specifically do I prefer factory settings for heavy or light load. It was about 40 psi in all tires and I had to release air to get 33/36 psi. Now rides much better. I expect a tire shop to get this precisely correct.

Came in for a routine oil change. Went very well I felt.

I made an appt on line then when I got there they said they don’t accept those so I had to wait for 1.5 hours for an opening.

I purchased a four new tires as well as the rim/wheel they found for me. I was very pleased that things were pretty quick. The rim arrived early and the mounting was quicker than expected. I was told that my 2 year old Blizzaks were no longer usable, so they didn't return them to me. But how do I know these are the brand-new $260 tires now on my car? They were dirty and didn't have the rubber hairs standing up on them. And how can I be sure that the Blizzaks were actually so worn out? As a lay-person I could have been an easy fraud victim and received no education or assurance that everything was legit.

Tires needed to be ordered. Then they needed to order new lug nuts. Then they wouldn’t schedule an appointment time. Essentially, I made four trips totaling more than 200 miles to get my tires changed.

Price was higher than I've ever paid before. Still undecided if tire will be great or not. Went with sales guys recommendations
