They forgot to check the alignment, however, when I asked about it, they said they forgot, they got it up on the rack within 30 mins and then offered me a $20 credit for the hassle, which I really appreciated.

Mark was great. Walked out to my car and answered my questions. However, and this has happened a few times, the person performing the service did not read what Mark wrote.

Had summer tires on rims Put on. I was not charged at my visit but my daughter was charged when she came in a few days later. Inconsistent. I think your new policy is to charge a $20 fee, which is still reasonable. In the past it was free

The price was not clearly defined. I asked for the car checkup deal which usually runs between 40 and $50. The gentleman assisting me was newer so the other gentleman visiting believe he was a corporate manager said $20 to which I replied that's amazing thank you. However when I was wrong up the price was $79 and the corporate district manager was not available. So thinking I was getting a $20 oil change to be hit with an $80 bill after wanting to pay 40 or $50 was a huge shock. During my tire buying experience I found that David the store manager, was not interested in helping me out with a deal on tires. I have been a customer of theirs for the 12 years I lived in Snowmass prior to moving to Park City in 2015 and continued to work with Big o tires in Murray Utah outside of Park City. I have nothing but praise to say for Murray Utah's Big o tires however returning here was not nearly the same as the level of friendliness and neighborly assistance went. I have given high scores on everything because I don't feel that surveys are a good way to show what a store is about the written sectiol.

I made an appointment online. When I arrived there was no appointment scheduled. I was told they don't use the online appt. option. So we were given the choice to wait 30 to 45 min. to have our service done. We agreed, & went for a walk. Today I received a confirmation for my appt. for yesterday. (?) Please update your online info about this misunderstanding.

Called ahead. David said bring car in for oil change. I asked him if I would be done in a reasonable timeframe and he affirmed my request. I arrived at approx, 11;30 am and the car was ready 2 hours later. You would have had a higher rating if they would have said looks like it will take 2 hours vs what I was told. I like bring my car for work to you but how can we overcome the 2 hour wait for a simple oil change?

I love how honest the employees are. I always trust this location for all my service needs. I did ask for an alignment check as well as an oil change, but the alignment check didn't happen. I had to go out of my way to being the car back the next day to get the alignment. But it was just an over site and this location does a great job so I will still bring my car there.

service tech damaged leather driver sear with deep scratch from tool pouch. tires were placed in dirty wet bags from rolling on dirty wet floor then placed inside vehicle , AUDI S-5, spreading wet dirt and mud in interior. manager was not apologetic or helpful.

Have your staff do you what is requested of them, and communicate that in a timely manner. Be concerned with the safety of your customers.
