Car is still not fixed. Alignment is still off. Can’t get through to anyone on the phone

Have employees that don’t forget to complete tasks when my pregnant wife and our son are waiting 3.5 hours for a scheduled tire installation. Then they forgot to do an alignment and made her wait in line to complete that. Also they never asked for a phone number to contact her when they were done with our car.

I have been to this Big O operation many times with many vehicles to fit tires or do a seasonal change. Not one time has the tire pressure been correct. I have even asked specifically for a certain pressure and it still doesn’t happen. Today I had 4 wildly different pressures in my tires. Yesterday, on my other car the tires called for 38 psi and they varied from a low of 42 to a high of 46 upon pick up. I don’t understand how this consistently gets ignored or treated so loosley. Come in, for $140 they can’t put the proper air in tires??

I came in to get my front suspension checked. I explained exactly what I was experiencing and where. When I picked up my car, they said everything was perfect and there were no issues. They did a test drive and noticed nothing, but there is a very loud squeaking if you drive it. I had to go to another person to get it checked because I knew something was wrong. They found multiple issues that were relatively obvious (sway bar link and outer tie rod end needing to be replaced). I'm very upset that they didn't identify these issues when I told them exactly where to look. I'm worried other people getting their suspension checked are being told it's ok when it's not, having not really done a thorough inspection.

I have two cars and have been coming to Big O for years. I recently had a flat tire. My son took the car to Big O immediately. This car is a Porsche two tires one size, two tires another. He asked if both rear tires should be replaced the mechanic said no and he placed an order for one rear tire. I waited a week then called. Yes, the tire was in. My son went in to have it replaced no one knew anything about the tire and a new mechanic said all four tires should be replaced. These tires are a year old. Everyone was passing the buck. No one knew anything about the order. So I once again purchased four tires. I ran a business for 35 years. The buck stopped at manage. I am very disappointed in your service or lack there of. I was charged for an optional tire warranty that I wasn’t asked about and did not want. The charge was credited back to me after I told associate. Asked for oil change in addition to new tires. Paper work was done but the oil change never happened. Invoice is confusing when misc. charges are added to labor line at the bottom of the invoice. I thought I was over charged for labor. You should fix this it’s annoying when reviewing charges

I have asked 3 times for my tires to be put in new bags. I placed a moving blanket under my winter rites when I took them to be put on. They were on my back seat on the blanket. Again, this was the 3rd time I asked for new bags. My old bags had rips, tears, squirrel blood and paint on them...hence, new bags please. Anyway, when I picked up my car, the tires were in the old bags and directly on my leather seats. Didn't even bother to make sure they were on the blanket. Somehow the paint transferred to the leather. Hope I can get it off. Just plain carelessness!!!!!!!! Another thing, I didn't know that Big O closed at 4:00 on Saturdays. I get a call and a voicemail at 4:00 straight up. I call back 15 minutes later....Closed! So I got my spare key, went and got my car, and went in Monday to pay. TALK ABOUT HORRIBLE SERVICE. I've got to look around for some place better.

In the past balance and rotation was included with purchase of tires. Eife and I have gone to discout for the last several years. When I came back to Big O I assumed it wast still that way. I purchased tires about 5 months ago. Came in the other day for first rotation and balance. Told attendant that was what I wanted. No mention of a charge for the balance so assumed it was an included service. When I got the bill I was very surprised that this is no longer included. I guess if you buy Big O brand it is. At Discount in past I have always had balance and rotation. My wife still does. Will probably go back to discount for future tires and wife will stick with them.

At 10am I spoke with an associate over the phone about the estimated cost of the services I needed. The associate stated that they believed it would take approximately two hours to complete these services. I received a call at 11am stating my vehicle was ready to be picked up. When I went to pay for the services there were 2 hours of labor at $105/hour equalling $210. I told the associate that i was notified within 1 hour that the service had been completed so I didn't understand why I'd be charged for 2 hours. The associate stated he was not aware how long it took and the person I spoke with over the phone initially was no longer at the shop to clarify the error. I ended up spending double the labor cost when I clearly have call times documented showing it only took one hour.
