put the correct tires back on vehicles

My van which is one of 9 vehicles my company owns was brought in for new shocks and front brakes. You had just installed new tires last month. When I picked it up it had a bad shake at 67mph. I took it back next morning. They had it all day again. PROBLEM not resolved. I think Mark did his best but the problem is not resolved. Van did not shake prior to your teams work. Now I must figure out a solution.

Pathetic service. I have explained Marc what job to be done. All the work was not done. Took 2.5 hours.

My vehicle received a dent on the bumper. My break caliper needed to be replace because the bleeder valve was damaged. The replacement was nowhere near the quality of my OEM part. Original was black the new one has turned a rust color. Not acceptable

Went in for a leak in my tire on Sept 4th the front Driver tire was at 52 pounds of pressure which was not a problem tire and the driver rear was at 36 pounds. the next morning the driver tire was at 29 lbs. I had to go to work so I stopped at the gas station and filled it back to 38 lbs. I proceeded to do this for the next two weeks 2-3 x per week. yesterday i go in and let them know I had the same tire leaking with the same problem on 9/4. I was then told they could not put my spare tire on the rim of the front tire that had a flat.(which i what I came in for) I was offered a new set of 4 tires and I said I will have to wait for a bit. They did not do anything with the spare tire on the truck but charged me again for fixing the flat that wasnt fixed the first time for the same price of $24. I should not have had to pay for it again but I did because the morning person was not there.

New battery installation wasn’t needed. Car broke down in Vail and a diagnostic car code reader immediately told us it was the alternator.

I was a former employee, the price was way different then originally priced! Not worried about getting my ticket billed out! And that was from the district manager...

The service sales person was not helpful at all. When 3 different Spanish speaking/English speaking he almost yelled at them and said I don’t have an interpreter
