When I called to order tires associate answered phone quickly and was able to easily and quickly answer my questions and provide a quote. Friendly and knowledgeable. Called me to tell me tires had arrived - I brought vehicle in for service and was again easily helped and car taken care of. People that work here are always friendly and do their jobs! Hard to find in this valley!

We were visiting the area and had our engine overheat on us. This immediately sidelined us and threatened to impact our trip. Big O Tires was able to get an initial evaluation done right away and our vehicle was fixed in less than 3 hours. Cameron and the service tech (didn't get his name) were super helpful and provided outstanding service. We didn't consider Big O tires initially because we didn't think this was something they would repair. We called 4 other repair shops and non were available or willing to help us for at least a day. We are grateful for the service and workmanship performed on our vehicle to get us back up and running!
