Quick fix

This was my first trip to Big O Tires to get a slow leak repaired. When I called to ask about first come, first serve, they said to stop by, and that they would be able to take a look immediately. I was pleasantly surprised when they called shortly thereafter to say they repaired my small leak and there would be no charge!! I was expecting a sidewall damage, and we have to replace not one but two tires b/c of balance issues. They were quick and professional, had a great waiting room, and they won a new customer for my tire needs.

Timely honest work and good pricing.

Checked in for brakes on front wheels. Already had rear brakes done. Advised me of previously set quote and was done in a hour and half.
