Big O Tires

The Associate gave me an update on my tires and made a recommendation.

In January 2024, the Dealership in Denver drove my new car up to me without studded snow tires because they couldn't get service on the front range to install them, so I had the dealership drive the car directly to Big-O! I called earlier that day and the technicians said that yes, they can have studded snow tires the right size installed that day. Perfect! I've been going to Leadfoot Linda's with my old car the last 6 years, but not anymore! Yesterday I called to ask if Big-O had time to switch my tires out to the summer set I have, and they said c'mon over we will get it done in a few hours! I drove over at 10:40, dropped off the car with the technician who checked me in and remembered my car in the system. I was just reading my book in the waiting room and at 11:10 they called me over and said my car was completed! Absolutely wonderful service, and they had coated the interior of my drivers seat with plastic to keep the white leather clean.

Had oil change and tire rotation and balance. They found front end slightly out of alignment and corrected.

Making the appointment was very easy, and I was very pleased with how long the appointment took. Everyone I worked with was knowledgeable and friendly.

Tech was awesome and uderstanding in a very difficult situation.

Went to big o tires for all season and associate was very knowledgeable and helpful wanted the defender tires and they where not available so I bought the Big O Legacy AS Plus 235/55R18 104V XL he explain and bought them i tested the tires and they where great love them very enjoyable ride and very eco friendly will be sure to recommend others thank you big o tires.

The gentleman that created us. He said he had come from Glen wood to help for the day. He was so nice. The service was quick and friendly. Usually go to Valvoline but now this is my new spot
