My sales person Justin was very helpful and explained the different tire option to me. The store was very busy, but they had the tires I wanted.

The service and responsiveness at the Eagle Vail location has improved significantly in the last 6 months or so. The phone was answered promptly, I wasn't put on hold and clear explanation of when the service could be performed was provided. Gil and his crew did a great job.
