Even though it was a very busy morning the associate, (Peter), was patient and took great care of every customer. When I saw my vehicle pull out another associate, (Gilberto), saw me waiting and immediately checked me out. Big O took care of my tire needs at a good price!

We had a question related to our order. Peter the Manager was very helpful and knowledgeable and quickly answered our questions so we were quite satisfied with his response. We always go to big o for our tire needs and will always highly recommend the staff and service at this location.

The manager was knowledgeable about the beat tires for an RV and made difficulty of getting the right tires and not giving up until the shimmy problem was resolved.

Had my new snow tires studded, mounted and balanced. You just never know how the balancing will turn out until it's driven above 60 MPH. I am happy to note it went down the road smooth as glass all the way to 80 MPH! I thank the Tech that worked on my Tundra. Job well done! The agent I dealt with was friendly, communicative and respectful. I have dealt with this location for all of my tire purchase over the past many years. Did run into a situation last spring that was disappointing but gave it another chance. Love Peter and the staff.
