I away take my cars with you, fast service, almost always availability, and they know the cars, so i dont even have to over explain. Great service.

Manager help me select the right tire for my needs. Explained the features of the different brands and made me very comfortable I was buying the right tires.

I had gone to the Big O tires in Frisco, CO the day before after having made an appointment online for 10 AM. Upon arrival the Manager told me they did not have appointments during Covid 19. I said I had made one online for a new set of tires and he abruptly asked me what the confirmation number was, I didn't think there was one, but he demanded a number. He then reluctantly checked my car in and I walked around in the cold outside (no place to sit inside) till 11:20, no check in yet. I left dissapointed by the disregard for my scheduled appointment time. The next day i went to Vail and was helped by Peter with good news they had the tires and could install them right then. In an hour I was down the road and felt that I had the best customer service I could wish for in our current situation. I had been a Big O tire customer for years, but my trip to the Frisco location, changed all that. However the concern for my safety (I was driving with a spare donut tire on my Acura MDX) and everyone made me feel like an appreciated customer. Great job by all at Vail location!!

Was not expecting to pay over $100 for an oil change, I'm used to paying around $45. Had mentioned that I'd just moved to high altitude and was a new customer to this location. I could/should have been offered a discount.

Because I was charge $45 a tire for installation. They said it was because I brought my own brand new tires. With that I will find another place to put new tires on next time. That price was high and more than the 6 months ago.

The waiting area was cold and sparse. Staff were not all that friendly and it felt uncomfortable the entire time we were there. Presumably a manager was rude and disrespectful to an employee and all of the waiting customers could hear this. Long wait!!
