the tires are great and installation was quick. the staff were either not happy or unfriendly. i had to ask for some things to be repeated due to his mumbling

They fixed the flat quickly and the charge was very reasonable.

Tire pressure was incorrect. 37,38,44,45 lbs on the 4 tires. I thought maybe the TPS was not set but a manual check showed the TPS was working, the tires were not properly inflated (should be 40 on each tire)

I was the second person to turn in the car that day. Yet it took 2 and half hours to complete the service. It isn’t the first time it happened that they start working on the cars which came after me. It should be first come first serve.

Took 2.5 hours to mount and balance. Could not do alignment at the same time.

Wasn’t told there was going to be a labor charge and an extre road hazard was tacked on which should be included which I refused. Great service. Our 4fk set of expensive tires for Debi and Gary coleman

In fairness, my experience took place between Christmas and New Years in the Eagle Vail location. This is a ski resort community. Lots of snow and cold temperatures. The Big O location has been very busy but, I was not pleased that no one answered the phone. I probably called 20 times and always went to your automated system. Never received a return call. Also did not receive a call to let me know my car was ready to be picked up. Lastly, after returning to my home, I checked all the tire pressures and found all four tires to be improperly inflated (wrong pressures).
