Big O Tires

My repair was complicated and required additional parts and an additional day (which was not Big O's fault) to repair. After the part that was needed arrived, I never got called back on status of car repair and completion. I had to call back multiple times only to find out that it was going take longer than expected. A courtesy follow up and a reasonable expectation or the fact that there were additional issues would have gone a long way

After big O installed new snow tires there was a vibration on the highway over 70 mph. Had to return to big O to have them re-balance. Annoying

I dealt with Hugo. Took the car to location at between 10-11 am to drop off car for rotate and balance. Hugo said the shop schedule was full for the day, they take 45 cars a day and we’re full come back next day. I asked could leave car, no! I then said leaving town next day. He said ok. I left car. Started calling that eve at 4:30, no answer. Called every 5 minutes and Never did the phone answer. I then waited for call next morning, no call. We went to shop a 0830 and car was ready. I asked why no answer at 430 on day before, Hugo said we are very busy!!!I say bs. Want to know more, call me at 7138245999

After I left I realized that someone had taken the CD out that I've been playing and turn the radio on. No harm was actually done. But that is not acceptable.

When i purchased the tires i was never told how long it would take to install. Ittoo 6 1/2 hrs to install then when i went to pick up the car one of the tires was flat.

I waited fairly long for oil change as truck on rack before me they did not have oil filter and had to order.

Only one staff member helping at desk while other employees did not acknowledge i was there. A hello would have been nice even if they were not available to help.

The waiting room was dated, the area was not very clean, and the wait was longer than I expected for tires and wheel alignment.

Waited for a call that the car was finished, never got a call, had to come in the next day.

It was nice that they looked up my last alignment and gave me this one free as it had not been 6 mo.
