I didnt expect the bill to be as high as it was

When i walked in, there were 3 associates at computers. they were obviously busy. However, they should have taken the time to acknowledge me and say hello. They didnt acknowledge me until they were done with the project they were working on.

It all went well. I'm not dissatisfied in any way. It was a good experience.

No appointments available, first time fist serve, with a waiting line since everyone wants to be as early as can. No specific time for pick up (living car for the day)

I live in the valley, so there's not many options for service. Big O Tires is decent, and they usually get the job done. However, since this location doesn't allow for reservations, you are forced to wait in the cold, dark entryway until they open for business at 7am, along with everyone else in the valley who wants to beat the snow and get their snow tires on. Ideally, a reservation system would not only prevent me from spending 6.5 hours of my Saturday stuck at the auto shop, but it would also allow me to show up at a reasonable time to get this service instead of before the crack of dawn .

They automatically charged a tire insurance package without telling me or asking me if I wanted to buy such a package. After I left I learned of the Tire Protection Plan for $142. When I returned to cancel this package it took almost 30 minutes for them to credit my account. A good company would ask whether you want a package before automatically adding such a charge. It was deceptive charging.

Price wasn't quoted and was more than I've paid in the past for the same service at the same location. They didn't have a print out of the alignment numbers and couldn't provide it. I was told the machine didn't print out any more. I had to look at the a picture of the readout on the Tech's phone which is far less than professional

The feel of the Avon store is very different than the previous mgmt. lacked employee energy.

Tell them to stop trying to get over on women. If I ask for a 22 point inspection that's what I expect. Honor your website prices instead of telling me a different price and hoping I didn't check. Improve customer service and provide timely updates.

One of My tires had too little tread depth. No tires available for several days. I was prepping to leave for several weeks. I drove to Denver to buy tires for my rims and this location will install next Friday afternoon
