I don't even know where to start. There are no vending machines, so if you don't like coffee, it's water for you. Only 8 seats in the waiting room, and the sunlight glare on the TV make it almost unwatchable. Then come to find out BigO closed my credit card without telling me

Replaced tire sensors in Escalade, but you were unable to re-learn the sensors to remove the dash prompt. We did it on our own and it took 5 minutes.

I was not given a quote when dropping off my car for new tires. When picking up the vehicle I was hit with a far higher bill than expected. I was charged $130 for labor on top of the Installation and balancing fee. This seems unfair. I would assume that the installation fee includes the labor for installation…

Have a better time estimate and follow through with a phone call when vehicle actually begins being serviced. As well as actually calling when work is complete instead of lying about it

My alignment was not done to satisfaction, mechanics were not able to figure out my wheel pulling left.

Answer the phone when I call. Get the tires when you promise. When you tell me it will be ready at 1:00 or 2:00 and you can’t make that call me. And then at the end of the day you won’t answer the phone and when I come to get my vehicle it’s not ready until tomorrow.

Pricing of additional work on Tie Rods was not communicated prior to service. I received a call that the car was ready in the afternoon. When I showed up, however, I was told that the car was not ready by first associate. Then he went in the back and never returned. A second associate then came out and said that he was not sure and would find out. He never returned. A third associate came out and said that the car repairs/tires were completed. But, I stood around for 50 minutes waiting with no one updating me or communicating in any way. No one was rude; but, if I am called and told the car was ready, I should be able to pick it up without waiting for almost an hour. There was no explanation given to me during that time with respect to why I needed to wait all that time. I saw my car in the parking lot and the work was completed. But I was unable to just pick up the car. Very frustrating.

Lack of truthfulness of full pricing, timing was completely off, staff somewhat uninterested in making things right.

First the shop looks dirty and completely unorganized. Wich I don’t care but it’s your image(my first time there) Zero customer service
