Replaced tire sensors in Escalade, but you were unable to re-learn the sensors to remove the dash prompt. We did it on our own and it took 5 minutes.

I was not given a quote when dropping off my car for new tires. When picking up the vehicle I was hit with a far higher bill than expected. I was charged $130 for labor on top of the Installation and balancing fee. This seems unfair. I would assume that the installation fee includes the labor for installation…

Have a better time estimate and follow through with a phone call when vehicle actually begins being serviced. As well as actually calling when work is complete instead of lying about it

Answer the phone when I call. Get the tires when you promise. When you tell me it will be ready at 1:00 or 2:00 and you can’t make that call me. And then at the end of the day you won’t answer the phone and when I come to get my vehicle it’s not ready until tomorrow.

Pricing of additional work on Tie Rods was not communicated prior to service. I received a call that the car was ready in the afternoon. When I showed up, however, I was told that the car was not ready by first associate. Then he went in the back and never returned. A second associate then came out and said that he was not sure and would find out. He never returned. A third associate came out and said that the car repairs/tires were completed. But, I stood around for 50 minutes waiting with no one updating me or communicating in any way. No one was rude; but, if I am called and told the car was ready, I should be able to pick it up without waiting for almost an hour. There was no explanation given to me during that time with respect to why I needed to wait all that time. I saw my car in the parking lot and the work was completed. But I was unable to just pick up the car. Very frustrating.

First the shop looks dirty and completely unorganized. Wich I don’t care but it’s your image(my first time there) Zero customer service
