Price gouging by upcharging a battery by $100+ is ridiculous. This kind of thing repeatedly happens at Big O locations, not just this one. I won't return unless I have absolutely no other choices.

I’ve been here quite a few times over the years since around when you opened with a varying degree of service. It’s usually not great but this was by far the worst. Zero communication during service, no call when my truck was finished. Alignment I asked for wasn’t done without mention. TPMS wasn’t reset, when I called to ask about it was told their computers were down and left on hold. Charged for nitrogen filled tires and 3 year warranty, neither of which were discussed or asked for. The spline lug tool that came with my lugs wasn’t returned, when I asked about its whereabouts was given attitude. The dude who checked me in on 12/4 was fair/good the guy who checked me out kinda sucked to be honest. I’d say your saving grace was the woman who was working the desk 12/5 as well as the woman in the service bay who apologized for me having to come back to get my TPMS reset without me even saying anything. I get it good help is hard to find but communication is lacking all around and some of your employees are far better than others.

Allow for apts. my big complaint was that I specifically asked for my front tires to be changed. When I pointed out they put the new tires on the rear. I was directes to a sign indicating car will handle better if new tires are on rear. NOT true for front wheel drive autos in the snow- better tread should be on drive tires for traction. No one pointed this out and they would not honor my request to put the new on front axle. NOT HAPPY!!!!!!

The service rendered was rotate and balance, when my wife left with the car the tires felt out of balance and uncomfortable to drive? As she was heading west she pulled into Costco and paid to have the tires balanced so she could drive home.

The process of making people get to the store 1 HOUR before you open to get in line to get snow tires switched over is RIDICULOUS! It's crazy! The fact that you don't have internet for the customers waiting is CRAZY.

There no availability to schedule an appointment. I aske dto rotate my tires-weels were not even touched and on invoice was stated rotation was done!

We purchased snow tires and our regular tires were not bagged and placed into our trunk. When I asked for our Original tires they asked me do you still want them? We said are you kidding they’re brand new. We got the impression were going to steal them. This was the crew in the garage. They were also very rude. I thanked them and they just walked away and seemed annoyed.

Representative provided wrong information on the completion timeline. My vehicle was left on site for two full days yet when I arrived at the agreed time the first representative ego checked in t car for me never returned and I watched at it was just them being pulled into the service bay.
