First of all, we NEVER want the nitrogen in our tires- the cold temperatures we endure cause a thumping with the nitrogen when they are cold. To be given nitrogen and CHARGED for it is not a good thing!!! Also- we had custom valve stems on our truck and since we were given nitrogen without our consent, they took our CUSTOIM Valve Stems and kept them!!!!! We want them back and want reimbursed for a product we DID NOT WANT!!!!! Second of all, WE took our tires and disposed of them- and we were CHARDED $31 for the disposal of tires that WE disposed of- not the shop! So the $32 charge for nitrogen that we did not want and the removal of out custom valve stems and the #31 charge for tire disposal has to be rectified!!!! WE buy 3- 4 sets of tires every year and are not happy with this transaction at all! I hope to hear from someone willing to make this right!

Purchased four new tires, was told it would take 40-60 minutes to complete but i waited for 2 hours. They were busy but I had made an appt for 4pm, my truck didn't go into the garage until at least 420. Associates were friendly but did not go over my receipt with me or the details of my purchase like the warranty or if I got the next rotation or alignment free like the other store I went to did.

Came in at 7:05am. Was told by the associate I was second in line. I told associates I had to leave by 10:00 needed oil change and tire rotation. 9:40 car was sitting outside still waiting for oil change. Associate attitude was very dismissive.

They seemed to rush the sale of new tires without showing the tires that were brought in were unacceptable then the tires were not given back when asked. all the associates were not using any masks even though the entire county is in a pandemic

Tire Balance and Rotation - tires intentionally pressurized low

See prior comments as part of paid tire balance and rotation package. No appointments allowed at this location has always been a complain in the community and I see scheduling expertise might be the root cause.

I made an appointment at 8am. Showed up at 7:50am. Sales associate told me they don’t honor scheduled appointments and it’s first come first served. Very frustrating as I could have came upon opening. I missed my next obligation.

They should of re balanced the tire after repair also they either forget or do not put my personal valve caps on and when I have gone back in the past they cannot find them just a lack of attention on the techs part I am a fleet member and buy lots of tires from your company I really think one problem you have is you should pay the help a little more money so the staff can afford to live and stay at their job I have lived in the Vail valley for 46 years and now what it takes to keep good help happy I run my own company and pay the help on their achievements just saying the head of the staff does a great job with what he has to work wirg

What a crappy place with exceptionally poor service. Employees without knowledge of products.

If you're selling a product that lasts less than others in the industry, you should say so. If asked to place something in the vehicle that was brought with it, you should do so. If asked what tires of the set arent "good" anymore, you should be able to easily identify them.
